Institute of Froth is a surf school based at North Avoca and Terrigal on the NSW Central Coast. Lessons are available for children from five years, adults, families and groups, with options including private coaching, group lessons, after-school programs, school holiday surf camps, NDIS sessions and surf safety education. All instructors are Surfing Australia accredited and lessons are tailored to each participant’s experience and goals.

Terrigal Ocean Tours

Join a small-group whale-watching cruise from Terrigal Haven. Tours run from May to November with an experienced crew and qualified marine biologist. Terrigal Ocean Tours is certified by Ecotourism Australia.
